By accessing or using Silennode Petals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Course License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view purchased courses strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are granted in accordance with our published refund policy. Chargebacks on valid purchases may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Community Guidelines

All members must contribute respectfully. Harassment, spam, or any form of abusive behavior will result in content removal and possible account termination.
